This class uses a Hoop hanging from the ceiling

Wear clothing that covers the back of your knees & torso. This will help avoiding burns caused by friction with the hoop.
Intro to Aerial Hoop (Lyra)
If you have never used a Lyra before, or have minimal experience, this is the class for you! You will learn various techniques to enter & exit the hoop, and stability to remain on hoop while incorporating carious sequences. We will incorporate conditioning, strength and flexibility exercises to enhance your Lyra experience to encourage growth to move to level 2 Lyra.
Level 2 Aerial Hoop (Lyra)
*Sometimes just stated as ‘Aerial Hoop (Lyra)’ on schedule (no Intro mentioned) Build upon everything you learned in Intro class continuing to build strength & showcase flexibility. In this class you will learn to flip, turn, roll, pose & transition between positions. Also learn to use the Lyra while its static & spinning, and add fun choreography to your routine!
